MARPAS AGM GHANA

Marpas AGM is a company specialized in gold trading and mining.

It operates in Ghana (mining) and Senegal (trading).

In Ghana, it had partnership agreements with a group of small mining villages for the supply of mining equipment and the setting up of alluvial gold fields; now it is time to set their own mining licenses and mining structures.

In Senegal, it has agreements for the purchase and export of mined gold with prior smelting to typical African grades (approximately 22.2 K) accompanied by the relevant export authorisation documentation.

Investors are offered 40% of shares. Each mining share is offered at 10,000 EUR for a maximum of 400 allocable shares.

Investors are called to stay as permanent shareholders if they wish so.

The yearly forecasted production in a single license is of about 120-150 Kg per year of gold 22+ K, with a gross profit of 50% before taxes.
